Is HotelBase.ai already fully launched?+
We're opening private beta access to selected hospitality operators. The first focus is AI guest communication and stack analysis. Revenue, visibility, and operations modules are in development.
Is setup free?+
Selected beta partners receive free setup during the private beta. We work directly with you to load your property knowledge and tune the assistant to your tone.
What businesses is this for?+
Independent hotels, boutique resorts, villas, Airbnb operators, property managers, and hospitality groups that want fewer tools, faster replies, and more direct bookings.
Can it replace my PMS or channel manager today?+
Not yet. HotelBase is being built as an operating layer first. Some modules can replace existing tools, others will connect with or reduce dependence on them over time.
Does it work with WhatsApp?+
WhatsApp is part of the intended core workflow. During the beta, WhatsApp integration is configured per partner depending on your business account setup.
Can the AI be trained on my property?+
Yes. The AI Concierge is designed to be trained on your rooms, services, policies, FAQs, and local recommendations. Onboarding takes the property knowledge you already have and turns it into something the assistant can use in real conversations.
